These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website vintiseti.com and the purchase of digital products and services from Vintiseti, a sole proprietorship registered in Belgium (enterprise number 1025.816.174) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.
Vintiseti sells digital products such as automation systems, templates, and toolkits for solopreneurs. Product descriptions are provided on the website. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they are made available for download or access immediately after purchase.
Payments are processed by our third-party checkout providers (Gumroad, Etsy, and Whop). By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. Prices are shown at checkout, inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Where a refund guarantee is offered on a specific product (for example a 14-day guarantee), the terms of that guarantee apply. To request a refund, contact info@vintiseti.com. As permitted under EU consumer law for digital content, by accessing or downloading a digital product immediately you acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply once delivery has begun, except where our own guarantee states otherwise.
Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the digital product for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the products unless a licence expressly permits it. All intellectual property in our products and website remains ours.
Our products are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any specific business result. You are responsible for how you apply the materials.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of our products or website is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
Vintiseti also operates the YouTube channel Vanished Histories (youtube.com/@Vanished.Histories). All video content on that channel is our own original content. We use an internal, non-public tool that connects to the YouTube Data API solely to upload our own videos to our own channel; it has no third-party users and does not process other users' data. Its use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date reflects the latest version. These Terms are governed by Belgian law, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium.
